Today in the pre-opening session market was showing on positive trend. The markets open with moderate gains with all sectoral indices trading positive.
Now the markets are trading with strong gains and barring IT, all sectoral indices are trading positive. The Sensex is trading at 17449, up by 58 points or 0.33% from its previous close, and the Nifty is at 5294, up 17 points.

Resistance: 5340-5390
Support : 5240-5190

The Sensex opened in the positive terrain extending overnight gains led by banks, capital goods and power stocks on the back of positive cues from Asian peers.

The Sensex was at 16,106.60, up 124.85 points, or 0.78 percent. It has touched a high of 16,087.06 and a low of 16,062 today.

The Nifty was at 4,877.50, up 29.35 points, or 0.61 percent. It has touched a high of 4,880.55 and a low of 4,868.10 today.

Today market is open in negative side. The Sensex is trading at 17075, down 76 points from its previous close, and Nifty is at 5166, down 22 points. Nifty strong resistance around 5,200-5,210 and support around 5,175-5,165.Today Bank Nifty opened at 10177.65 with down fall 128.95 points or 1.25%.
